Despite an insane work schedule (particularly this month), I’ve managed to clear my saturday for the Audi Fashion Festival. Thanks to the kind invites from Parco & Cleo magazines, I went for the Day 2 shows on 14 May 2011.
The tent was practically packed to the brim, with high adrenaline showcases from the 8 designers, including Mae Pang and Pauline Ning. These designers are under the belt of the Parco Fashion Incubator programme organized by TafF, and are retailing their designs at Parco Marina Bay Level 2.

After the 8 showcases came the ‘final bow’ from all the designers and their models in a little dance (which can be likened to Sonia Rykiel’s shows) to the tune of Neon Tree’s Animals.

The CLEO Runway Search showcases the finalist of the mentioned competition whereby the winner walks away with 2-year modeling contract with Carrie Models and other prizes. It features clothes from River Island, and the 12 finalists strut the catwalk alongside beautifully-clad models from Carrie Models, including local supermodel Sheila Sim.
